Founded by Matthew, a Catholic catechist, apologist, and biochemist who is a parishioner at Our Lady of the Rosary Parish and teaches OCIA and the Summa Theologica on the side. Service-Disabled Air Force veteran with a passion for Dominican spirituality. Each coffee blend is roasted with the same precision and care I bring to teaching the faith—combining scientific expertise with deep theological reflection.
